Supernatural Comedy Drama " Haunted House for Sale " – A Tale of Ghostly Real Estate, Love, Family, and Friendship

Each episode unveils a new haunting case, following the "Haunted House Investigation Team" as they dive into the eerie world of VFX, crafting what we like to call “Ghost Work.”
 

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗢𝗡𝗘 – Step into the world of Da-Zhi You’s extraordinary sense of smell, his “Yin Yang Nose,” and meet his trusty haunted house companion, Joyce – a playful spirit who pays tribute to One Piece’s Buggy. Joyce’s carefree and brave persona shines through in scenes featuring her flying, splitting, and reassembling body parts.
Our team’s boundless creativity brought Joyce to life through 3D scanning, capturing her digital double, refining CG details and textures, followed by dynamic adjustments, FX layering, and compositing magic. From floating limbs and mid-air body disassembly to demon-banishing sequences, Joyce’s epic split-and-reform scenes – even her final vanishing moment – showcase our team’s meticulous craftsmanship. Blending live-action footage with CG, color grading, lighting, and shadows, we created a vivid supernatural visual experience that blurs the line between reality and fantasy.
 

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗪𝗢 – Ghost Work in Action! In this deep dive, we unravel the VFX secrets behind the show’s spirits. Starting with the watercolor-rendered opening, which sets the eerie tone, the team crafted the agile ghost Ah-Zhu, brought to life through digital doubles that sprint across buildings. His multi-eyed 3D appearance adds a chilling twist.

Another standout is the Dark Cloud Dementor, meticulously built with CG and layered with 3D spatial fog, dust, and distortion effects. By the end, swirling smoke and warped space heighten the tension and fear, pulling viewers deeper into the haunting atmosphere.

Our VFX team also conjured up numerous other ghostly elements – from the floating head of Ms. Xiao, facial demonization effects, ghostly hands, elevator spirits, strangulation marks, and more. Each spectral detail seamlessly integrates into the narrative. We enhanced the atmosphere with fog, reflective puddles, and subtle environmental effects, enriching the show’s visual depth.

靈異職人輕喜劇《#幸福房屋事件簿》結合凶宅房仲與愛情、親情、友情，每集描繪不同鬧鬼案件，帶你跟著「凶宅調查小組」挑戰特效製作中的「鬼工作」

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗢𝗡𝗘  篇帶你看看劇中游大志的靈敏嗅覺「#陰陽鼻」凶宅犬 ，還有致敬海賊王「巴奇」的重要鬼朋友「#樂子」的奇幻呈現，勇敢樂天的「樂子」在劇中有許多身體分裂並自由飛行的片段，團隊運用無限創意與幻想，經由3D掃描取得數位替身，接續調整CG完整度及材質，進行動態調整和FX和合成加持。包含飛揚的屍塊、四分五裂的身體組合、除魔過程、分裂肢解飛向鏡頭及最後樂子身體消散的各種名場面，夥伴們苦心製作阿哭出來，將實景拍攝與CG、色調、光線和陰影完美融合，打造出亦真亦幻的視效，來看「樂子」角色如何活起來 ！！！？

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗪𝗢 篇「鬼工作」大剖析 ，本篇來看劇中各種鬼的製作過程 ，從片頭水彩渲染效果帶入氛圍，團隊打造動作敏捷的「#阿主」經由數位替身穿梭於大樓間奔馳以及複眼效果3D的呈現，搭配有趣的動態設計，另一劇中視效亮點「#黑雲催狂魔」，從CG製作到加入全3D空間應用以及FX層層堆疊雲霧和砂塵最後以合成的扭曲效果和煙霧收尾，搭配空間延伸扭曲呈現逼迫恐懼感十足的催狂魔，相信觀眾們有感受到罡風小夥伴們注入的心血，另外還有的 其他的「鬼工作」，如漂浮人頭蕭小姐、臉的魔化效果、鬼手、電梯女鬼、勒痕…等等，讓它們自然融入劇情情境中，加上場景建立配合劇情適時加入霧氣、地面水反光，豐富的視效遍佈整部劇，觀眾透過角色、場景、去理解各個不可或缺各個視效細節，打造一本精采絕倫的「幸福房屋事件簿」 Breakdown看起來吧！
