​『MinXiong Haunted House』 seems to be shot on location in a real building, but in fact, the art creates different rooms on the same plane, and then presents a sense of space on three floors through special effects.The filming was completed with 3D modeling of Yang's skull, which was rolled around the scene in conjunction with the decapitation of the plot, and then a time-lapse effect was used to show the human head gradually decaying and transforming into a skull, showing the strong intention of realistic 3D modeling.

This time, Pui Siu-lan's possession process is particularly delicate, using the element of "water" throughout the film to make the eerie image of water seeping into the body, suggesting that all the horror legends happening in Minhung are related to water, making『MinXiong Haunted House』 full of fantastical and frightening atmosphere.

《 民雄鬼屋 》看似是在真實洋樓實景拍攝，其實是美術在同一平面搭造出不同房間，再透過特效呈現出三層樓的空間感，楊謹華的頭顱則是以3D建模完成，拍攝時配合被砍的劇情在現場滾動，再以縮時效果呈現出人頭逐漸腐爛幻化成一只骷髏頭，罡風展現強大的寫實3D建模的企圖心。這次沛小嵐的附身過程格外細膩，用貫穿電影的「水」元素，做出水流滲入體內的詭異意象，暗示在民雄當地發生恐怖傳說的皆與水有關，包含女僕被迫投井、當地大排經常發生的溺水事件，讓《 民雄鬼屋 》充滿奇幻驚悚的氛圍。
